Oakley's first birthday was so much fun. I prayed for the weather to clear up and thankfully it did. It was still a little cold, but warm enough the girls to enjoy some of the weather and activities outside. We had a little pool, water balloons, a bubble machine, a sprinkler head, and beach balls to play with. The food was BBQ and summer style as possible for the splish splash party.
For guests I made snowcone cupcakes
And for the birthday Oakley got a sun
The birthday girl
Grandma Collier gave her two dollars
The Bonkosky's gave some quiet cups and food
Mike and Dez gave her a ball....daddy hit her with it and she wasn't really happy.
We gave her bath toys and a roller ball
Then it was time to sing and have the cake, my favorite part!
She was timid at first, but soon enjoyed it. She like the frosting the best leaving the cake behind
The girls commented later that it was the best birthday party ever
Thanks to all who came and celebrated with us for our little girl! She is the biggest sweetheart and has always been the best little baby. She has one tooth totally pushed through and another one close. She loves her sisters, playing, and getting into things. She is really curious and loves finding new things to open and close. She still loves the binkie and bottles and still takes two naps. She walks just a little, but crawls everywhere to keep up with her sisters. We cant wait to keep watching her grow and enjoy watching her learn. She is such a blessing to our family and we could not be the same without her!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET LITTLE OAKLEY!
