We had our party and it turned out great. We tried to focus on making more family oriented this year since it was for Family Home Evening. We started with homemade pizza, salad, garlic bread, and soda for food. Then we started the face painting. Next was "create your own monster." We gave each family a bowl with stuff in it and they had to create a monster. Here are the results:
Then we all voted and this was the winner- OURS! We were so excited because we never win :)
Then we played pictionary with families. The kids were the ones that drew while the parents guessed. It needs to be a little tweaked for next year, but was fun!
Finally, we did the Halloween Costume Contest. This year we had two categories: Kids and Adults.
The adult winner was Kristy Greenwood
The kid winner was Chloe Cousins.
As you can see I didn't get very many pictures, but Potts got lots so when I get them I will post them again so you can see all the fun we had!
